Ethiopia Alo Yabai Sky Project

I got curious about how coffee from "The Sky Project" would taste. I tasted funky, fermented, sweet, a slight acidity in this coffee. The novelty is worth the extra they charge. Good value.

The smell - this is what stands out to me. It is intense, especially when freshly roasted. During blooming, your house instantly fills up with its aroma and will surely get the house interested.
