Coffee Brewing Balikbayan's Delight

Came back to the PH after a year, with better V60 brewing skills and looking for beans from the region that were better roasted than the usual burnt roasted Barako because I had a lot of hope for local beans. This was exactly what I was looking for. Beans so full of color, flavor and smells that made every morning's provincial scenery is even more enjoyable.
