Lamastus Family El Burro Gesha

The Lamastus Family El Burro Gesha is a gesha varietal, and an anaerobic slow dry-processed coffee from Panama. What we taste in this coffee are mango, passionfruit, pineapple, and lychee.

  • Grind size: Medium
  • Yield: 200ml at 50 ppm
  • Temperature: 93 C
  • 1st pour: 50ml
  • 2nd pour: 50ml (up to 100ml)
  • 3rd pour: 50ml (up to 150ml)
  • 4th pour: 50ml (up to 200ml)
  • Brew time: 2:25
