Panama Finca Momoto Gesha
Ed brews the Finca Momoto Gesha, a natural processed gesha all the way from Santa Clara, Panama. The producers believe that their geshas have been adapting to a local micro climate since the 1960s which results to a great gesha varietal. What we taste in this coffee are pineapple, green mango, jasmine, orange, and peach.
