This episode’s coffee is the Mabini Ubuan Natural Robusta - a robusta varietal. This natural processed coffee is from our home - the Philippines. Gently siphon brewed by one of our regular customers Kert-Jan to bring out its nuanced flavors of tablea, brownies, grapes, and pomelo.
