Grind Size:  16 clicks (Timemore) 23 clicks (comandante)

Water Yield: 250ml

Water Temp: 95c

Water Hardness: 90ppm 


1st: 50ml (30 Blooming)

2nd: 50ml (up to 100ml)

3rd: 50ml (up to 150ml)

4th: 50ml (up to 200ml)

5th: 50ml (up to 250ml)


Brew Time: 4:00
