Grind Size:  16 Clicks Timemore C2

Water Yield: 225ml

Water Temp: 92c

Water Hardness: 50ppm 

1st: 100ml (30s bloom)

2nd: 100ml (up to 200ml)

Last Pour: 25ml (up to 225ml)

Brew Time: 2:30
