La Falda Cup of Excellence #15 a chirosso varietal and washed processed coffee from Ethiopia. What we taste in this coffee are orange, honey, and chocolate.

  • April Brewer
  • Dose: 12g
  • Grind size: Medium-Coarse
  • Yield: 200ml at 100 PPM
  • Temperature: 94C
  • 1st pour: 50ml
  • 2nd pour: 50ml (up to 100ml)
  • 3rd pour: 50ml (up to 150ml)
  • 4th pour: 50ml (up to 200ml)
  • Brew time: 2:30
