Returns and Exchanges Policy →

Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3PM. Orders made after 3PM will be processed the next business day, with delivery scheduled the day after.

Deliveries are guaranteed unless unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters occur. The courier operates Monday to Saturday, with no deliveries on Sundays.

Deliveries may also operate on most holidays.

Unfortunately, no. Next-day delivery is only limited to Metro Manila. More cities for next-day delivery will be available soon :)

Shipping fees are based on tiered pricing with a maximum weight capacity for each tier. For example, if the least tier is 2kg and your order weighs 1kg, the shipping fee will correspond to the 2kg tier.

All coffee beans are eligible except for Rare Coffees, which are roast-to-order and cannot be shipped the next day. Some merchandise and non-coffee products are also eligible. Eligibility is determined during checkout.

Sorry, Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders can be shipped with Flying Tiger Express if they have been paid for in advance. 

We roast daily to ensure you always receive the freshest coffee possible.

For our topshelf coffees, we only roast upon order.

Store coffee in an airtight and opaque container. You may also keep it in the bean bags it came with. Keep in a cool, dry, and dark place to preserve the quality longer.

• Online Purchases - Kindly present your order number and pickup confirmation email to the cashier. Please make sure that your purchase is marked “ready for pickup” before redeeming your free drink.
  
• In-store Purchases - Purchase a bag of coffee beans at the cafe and our barista will present a menu for a complimentary espresso-based drink of your choice.

1. The Buy A Bag, Get A Free Cup campaign is applicable to both online and in-store purchases.
   
2. Upon purchase or pickup, our baristas will offer a selection of drinks available for redemption.
3. For online purchases, the free coffee can only be redeemed by customers who have designated the café as their order pickup location.
4. The Buy A Bag, Get A Free Cup campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
5. This campaign is applicable to single receipts for coffee bean (200g bags and up) purchases with a minimum value of ₱450.00.
6. The free cup of coffee may be enjoyed either dine-in or for takeout.
7. FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: The free cup of coffee must be redeemed at the time of purchase/order pick-up and cannot be claimed at a later date.
8. FOR CAFE PURCHASES: The free cup of coffee may be claimed on the date of purchase or later as long as the receipt is presented upon redemption.
