Brew Guide: Drip Pack

PROCESS (WITH SCALE)
  1. Heat your water up to 92°C (if your kettle has a temperature control feature) or up a boil and let it rest for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Tear and open up the tab on your Drip Pack, extend the wings out and hang each side on the ends of your preferred drinking vessel. (We recommend a vessel that can hold a volume of 200-250ml).
  3. Place your mug on the scale and tare. Pour up to 140ml (for intensity of flavors) or 150ml (for a balanced cup) in a span of 20-30 seconds.
  4. Gradually pour so as to avoid over flowing. Let your Drip Pack sit for about 1 minute to the coffee completely drip through.
  5. Remove the Drip Pack and dispose. Breathe in the aroma, and enjoy!
