Adelina Tarino, mainly known as Bae Inatlawan, is the chieftain of the Inhandig Tribal Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ITMPC). Committed to quality, she emphasizes that their routine includes removing grasses and weeds around the coffee trees for maintenance, granting them a healthy and consistent harvest every year. This washed Typica placed 2nd in the annual Philippine Coffee Quality Competition (PCQC) this year, with a cupping score of 82.94.
