Brazil Mogiana

Mogiana is a renowned coffee region in São Paulo, Brazil. Because many coffee farms have existed since the 19th century, its coffee production practices remain deeply rooted in tradition and dedication to sustainable farming techniques. Aside from that, the region also is recognized for their coffees to be bright, fruity with hints of chocolate, and a well balanced body. This coffee underwent the process called pulped natural. It is where only the peel of the cherry is taken away, resulting in a consistent aromatic cup.
