Philippines Finca de Garces Catimor Natural RCQC Top 4

Located on the slopes of Mt. Kalatungan, Bukidnon is Finca de Garces (FDG), well recognized for being one of the few sustainable coffee farms in the Philippines. They are focused on producing the best quality and authentic beans through careful and scientific natural processes. This commitment is exhibited in their Coffee Research Station, where they cultivate and study five varietals.

Manolito “Lito” Garces began Finca de Garces in 2020, when COVID-19 pandemic hit. Since then, their name has stuck in the local coffee scene, especially after winning competitions. In this year’s Regional Coffee Quality Competition (RCQC), FDG placed fourth in the Arabica category with an 80.63 cup score.

This coffee is a Catimor varietal and was dried naturally.
