Located at 1,800 meters above sea level in one of Huila's most prestigious coffee-growing microclimates, El Diviso spans 16 hectares where the Lasso brothers have replaced conventional methods with advanced techniques learned at SENA, Colombia's leading coffee school. Their partnership with Cata Export has refined their post-harvest approach, earning international recognition with lots consistently scoring above 86 points and reaching European specialty markets and competitions.

 This natural-processed Bourbon Sidra underwent anaerobic techniques, prolonged maceration, and slow drying. The Sidra variety, known for explosive floral and fruity complexity, expresses Huila's volcanic terroir through the Lasso family's technical innovation. Their meticulous approach to microorganism-driven fermentation creates unique, traceable cup profiles that have earned international recognition.
