Kubo Blend

Kubo, also locally known as Bahay Kubo, is a Filipino term for "hut"—a dwelling for the indigenous peoples and a social space where friends, families and neighbors come together. This blend represents the diversity of Philippine coffee, with the aim to make Good coffee available all year round.

This blend is an amalgamation of different Philippine coffee origins, roasted to highlight a more chocolatey, nutty and sweet profile that is mainly for espresso but well-balanced enough for pour over.
