Ethiopia Chelchele

This coffee was produced by Chelchele Washing Station, which sits at 1940 MASL. 

The process started with cherries being handpicked at peak ripeness then floated to further remove defects, followed by de-pulping and underwater fermentation for 36 hours. The cherries were then dried on raised beds for 10-14 days.
