Malaysia Myliberica JH Lot 015

MY LIBERICA was established in 2011 and is Malaysia’s first coffee producer to specialize in Liberica species. The farm boasts 20 hectares of unique soil nutrients and condition in Kulai, Johor. They take coffee production to heart by being environmentally responsible, using coffee waste to produce organic fertilizer. 

Short for Jekyll & Hyde, this JH processing method is Jake Hu’s way of highlighting the good and bad in coffee processing. It is his method of appreciating nature’s uncertainty and science’s role in matching this in the creation of new coffees.
