This lot expresses the high altitude terroir of Cerro Punta, where first-generation producer Estela Pitti applies ecological balance and selective harvesting to let place speak first.
Positioned west of Volcán Barú, Los Cenizos benefits from cool mountain air, volcanic soils, and careful picking windows that favor slow cherry maturation and layered sweetness. This Gesha lot was wash processed and boasts flavors of cherry, apricot, mandarin orange, and mango. Recent Best of Panama recognition (2nd place Geisha Natural, 2025) confirms Los Cenizos as a source of elegant, site-driven coffees.
