Situated at 1750 MASL in Central Colombia, Finca San Jose Estate is a longstanding coffee producer with a recent entry into the specialty coffee market. The estate’s owner, a renowned rum maker, pioneered the innovative coffee processing method utilizing rum oak barrels. While the coffee itself is non-alcoholic, it exhibits a distinctive wine-like aroma. Notably, when enjoyed cold, it develops a unique flavor profile reminiscent of rum without the alcohol content.
