Colombia Los Nogales Pink Bourbon Washed

From the high slopes of Finca Los Nogales in Pitalito, Huila, this Pink Bourbon showcases the Hernández family's 80+ year legacy of precision coffee farming. The family's 2005 Cup of Excellence win marked a pivotal moment for Colombian specialty coffee, establishing a standard they maintain through transparent partnerships and traceable quality.

Led by Oscar Fernando Hernández, the farm combines selective harvesting and controlled fermentation with scientific rigor centered on detailed records, purpose-built processing spaces, and validation through cupping. This washed lot, grown at 2,000 meters above sea level in the Bruselas district, expresses bright acidity with notes of grapefruit, hibiscus, mango, and strawberry.
