Panama Flying Pumas

Originating from Chiriqui, Panama, Flying Pumas is a specialty coffee cultivated at 1750-1900 MASL by a small team together with the local Ngobe-Bugle community, Panama’s indigenous people. They help plant, prune, fertilize, and harvest. The coffee's complex flavor is due to the innovative process it goes through—from solar drying to controlled warehouse stabilization—enhancing both its aroma and flavor profile.

Flying Pumas is located near La Amistad International Park, home to rich flora and fauna. With the already given ideal coffee growing conditions, the farm promotes biodiversity by keeping in harmony with the land they grow coffees in, cultivating native trees for natural shade and soil enrichment.
