At 1,800–2,100 meters above sea level, Mount Totumas is led by Filipino-American producer Karin De La Rosa in Chiriquí's cloudy forest corridor. Since becoming a full-time producer in 2018, De La Rosa has applied a science-forward, hands-on approach to selective harvesting across multiple passes, separating by day to highlight intrinsic character. The farm earned 96.25 points at Best of Panama 2023 (Geisha Natural category) and its 2023 harvest was chosen by World Brewers Cup 2025 champion George Jinyang Peng. This washed Gesha delivers a clean, tensile profile shaped by frequent mist, volcanic soils, and careful drying protocols that preserve aromatics over intensity.
