PH Finca de Garces Sweet Coffee Full Moon Natural

This rare coffee is produced and processed by Bukidnon's Finca de Garces.

Cherries are harvested during the full moon, a practice inspired by biodynamic winemaking and is known to yield sweeter, riper fruit. Following harvest, the cherries undergo a cold fermentation process. Sealed in a tub and submerged in water, they ferment at a controlled temperature of 12 to 14 degrees Celsius. After 36 hours, the fermented cherries are slowly dried in a solar facility with regulated temperature and humidity.
