Their partnership with Cata Export has refined their post-harvest approach, earning international recognition with lots consistently scoring above 86 points and reaching European specialty markets and competitions.

 This natural-processed Bourbon Sidra underwent anaerobic techniques, prolonged maceration, and slow drying.
