2 New Refreshing Drinks That Pass the Vibe Check for Sinulog
Did you know that the term Sinulog comes from the Cebuano word “sulog” or (water) current? It captures the festival’s flowing, rhythmic street dances that celebrate Cebu’s deep-rooted faith through the image of the Santo Niño. Dancers in vibrant costumes chant and move to the beat of the drums, in a spectacle of color and devotion that this time inspired our approach to coffee.
This season, we came up with two signature beverages that channel Sinulog’s vibrancy: The Chill and The G.
The Chill is for the unbothered. Zero bitter vibes, just smooth cold brew with a kick. It’s sweet, sparkly and fruity with a hint of hibiscus and Inhandig wild honey infused with cinnamon. Perfect for those who want to enjoy a solid flavor and have sustained energy without the jitters.
The G is sharp, intense, and fast, ready for those who want to just get going but still indulge in the flavors of an Ethiopian espresso, guyabano, mango, and pineapple.
