Colombia Galeras Gesha
Few coffee-growing regions in the world match the altitude and intensity of Nariño, Colombia. Nestled in the Andes on the volcanic slopes near the Galeras volcano, smallholder farms here cultivate at around 2,200 meters above sea level — where cool temperatures, rich volcanic soils, and dramatic elevation combine to produce coffees of exceptional clarity and depth.
The varietal is Gesha — one of the most celebrated in all of specialty coffee, prized for its signature floral lift and fruit-forward complexity. Washed to let the terroir speak cleanly, this cup delivers grape, pear, tamarind, honey, and orange in a layered and luminous expression. It's bright and precise, yet with enough body and sweetness to feel complete.
