Philippines Finca de Garces Ethiopian Landrace Natural

Distinctly tropical, with real durian and mangosteen character, which is unusual to find in coffee.

It's naturally processed Ethiopian Landrace, grown under Falcata tree shade that Finca de Garces uses deliberately to slow ripening and build more complexity into the cherry before it's hand-picked at peak ripeness.

Grown at 1400 masl in Pangantucan, Bukidnon, by the award-winning Garces family farm. Notes of dark chocolate, green apple, durian, and mangosteen make for a genuinely local cup.
