Colombia Jardines del Eden Yellow Gesha Natural EF2

A Yellow Gesha mutation, grown at 1700 to 2000 masl in Colombia's Quindío highlands by Jardines del Eden.

It's naturally processed: cherries dry with the fruit still on, building more body and sweetness into the bean than washed processing allows.

Notes of cherry, green apple, and caramel come through in a clean, tea-like cup.
