Colombia Jardines del Eden Yellow Gesha Natural EF2

Gesha needs little introduction in the specialty coffee world — it is, by most accounts, one of the finest varietals ever cultivated. The Yellow Gesha mutation adds its own dimension: a slightly softer, rounder expression of the varietal's signature clarity, grown here at 1,700 to 2,000 meters above sea level in the Quindio highlands by Jardines del Eden.

Processed naturally and roasted for filter, this cup opens with a delicate interplay of cherry, grain, and green apple — fruit-forward yet grounded, with an almost tea-like elegance that speaks to both the terroir and the care behind the lot. It's a coffee that is restrained where others shout, and all the more captivating for it.
