🇵🇭 ACU Coffee

Caturra Anaerobic Honey · Mount Apo, Philippines · 1,700 MASL

From the slopes of Mount Apo in Davao del Sur, ACU Coffee is one of the Philippines' pioneering specialty farms. Founder Acuii Sicayang brought Gesha and Caturra seedlings from Panama's famed Elida Estate — a first for the country. This Caturra undergoes an anaerobic honey process, creating layers of orchard fruit sweetness that finish with a silky cocoa note. A fruit-forward, distinctly Filipino cup with clean, lingering sweetness.

🇵🇭 Finca De Garces

Ethiopian Landrace Honey · Bukidnon, Philippines · 1,300 MASL

This family-managed farm in Bukidnon won 1st Place at the 2023 Philippine Coffee Quality Competition. The Ethiopian Landrace varietal, rare in the Philippines, delivers a delicate, tea-like character with floral chamomile and citrus brightness. Honey processing adds a gentle sweetness that makes this cup approachable yet complex.

🇧🇷 Fazenda Um Pink Bourbon

Competition Series · Dark Room Natural · Minas Gerais, Brazil · 1,250 MASL

This is the coffee that won the 2023 World Barista Championship, Boram Um. Founded by Stefano Um, Fazenda Um built its reputation on a philosophy that quality and dignity should rise together. The signature Dark Room Drying Natural process, a controlled environment method developed at the farm, produces exceptional clarity and complexity. Expect bright florals, citrus lift, and a delicate jasmine finish.

🇨🇴 Los Nogales

Pink Bourbon Washed · Pitalito, Huila, Colombia · 2,000 MASL

The Hernández family has been farming coffee for over 80 years. Their 2005 Cup of Excellence win marked a pivotal moment for Colombian specialty coffee. Led by Oscar Fernando Hernández, Finca Los Nogales combines selective harvesting with controlled fermentation and rigorous cupping validation. This washed Pink Bourbon is lively and clean — floral aromatics, sweet tropical fruit, and a refreshing citrus finish.

🇪🇹 Keramo

Honey G1 · Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia · 1,900–2,300+ masl

Founded in 2020, Keramo Washing Station is backed by 184 smallholder farmers cultivating coffee at extreme elevations. The honey process bridges washed clarity and natural sweetness, parchment dried with fruit mucilage intact develops that distinctive grape-like juiciness. The 74110 varietal, developed by Ethiopia's Jimma Agricultural Research Center, thrives here where cool temperatures slow cherry maturation and concentrate sugars.

🇪🇹 Shantawene Gatta

Anaerobic Natural G1 · Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia · 2,200 MASL

Kenean Dukamo won Ethiopia's Cup of Excellence three consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022). The Gatta Farm spans 32 hectares surrounded by indigenous forest trees over 100 years old, with a waterfall at its center. This anaerobic natural ferments whole cherries in sealed, oxygen-free tanks for 48-100 hours, producing intense tropical fruit complexity. Juicy, layered, and unforgettable.

🇰🇪 Nyeri Asali

Top Washed AA · Nyeri County, Kenya · 2,000 MASL

Nyeri County has earned international recognition for producing some of Kenya's finest coffees. This AA-grade lot showcases the country's signature double fermentation washed process — two separate fermentation stages followed by channel washing — producing crystalline structure, lifted florals, and the bright, wine-like acidity Kenya is famous for. The SL28 and SL34 varietals, developed in the 1930s, deliver that unmistakable black currant intensity.

How to Brew

Each drip bag is pre-portioned at 10g for a single, perfect cup.

1. Open the drip bag and place it over your mug

2. Pour 150–170ml of hot water (90–94°C) slowly

3. Wait 2–3 minutes as the coffee drips through

4. Enjoy — no equipment needed
