From the highlands of Malaybalay, Bukidnon — grown at 1,400 to 1,700 meters above sea level — this Catimor lot comes from Adelina Tarino of the Inhandig Tribal Multipurpose Cooperative, affectionately known as Bae Inatlawan. It's a coffee that carries both place and community in every bag.
This particular lot was entered into the RCQC (Regional Coffee Quality Competition), a recognition of its quality and the care that went into growing and processing it. Washed to highlight clarity and precision, the cup delivers a vibrant, tropical trio: mangosteen, pineapple, and plum — bright and clean with a lush, fruit-forward sweetness that challenges every assumption about what Philippine Catimor can be.
