The boldest fruit expression in our Partner Farm Line, grown at Finca de Garces in Bukidnon.

Hydro-natural processing sorts cherries by density in water first, only the heaviest, ripest fruit moves forward, then dries them whole, skin and mucilage intact. The result: a cleaner natural, with the fruit still fully on display.

Berry and guava up front, caramel through the middle, green grape and lime on the finish. Bold and layered, but surprisingly clean.

Finca de Garces farm on the slopes of Mt. Kalatungan

In 2020, Lito and Gemma Garces planted coffee in Barangay New Eden, Pangantucan, Bukidnon, on the foothills of Mt. Kalatungan. No buyer, no track record, just land at 1,300 to 1,400 meters above sea level.

Three years later, their coffee won the Philippine Coffee Quality Competition. Leaf samples sent to a lab in France confirmed what the cup already suggested: the trees carry Ethiopian landrace genetics, growing in Philippine volcanic soil. In 2025, the farm won again, Top 1 Arabica Estate Farm nationally.
