It's grown at 400 masl in Baungon, Bukidnon, by Boy Javier, then washed rather than dried with the fruit still on. That's what keeps the cup clean and structured.

Notes of umami, stevia-like sweetness, guyabano, and pineapple make for something distinctly Liberica, but refined.
