Omakase is Japanese for "I leave it to you." You sit at the bar, and the barista chooses and serves every course in front of you.
What you'll taste
Five courses that follow the Life Cycle of Coffee. Every course comes with its own story, brew method and cup.
You'll smell, watch and taste each one. Our Acu Gesha is the coffee at the centre of it.
See you at the bar ☕
Candy Craze Flight
Espresso, a milk-based drink, and a pour-over. A sweeter, more playful coffee, and a fun one to follow across each method.
Philippine Species Pour-over Flight
Four pour-overs, one from each coffee species grown in the Philippines: Arabica, Robusta, Liberica, and Excelsa, tasted side by side.
Just come curious. See you at the bar ☕
