Fruit-forward and expressive for a Typica, more like what you'd expect from a rarer varietal.

It's naturally processed: cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness from dedicated competition blocks, then carefully fermented and sun-dried, a slower process that builds fruit character before drying locks it in.

Grown at 1800 masl in Boquete, Panama, by Ricardo Koyner at Kotowa Coffee's Duncan Estate. Notes of caramelized banana, lemon, peach, and red apple carry a juicy acidity and rounded sweetness.
